HB14 was signed by the Governor of Ohio this morning and dogs are now to be regarded by their behavior instead of their appearance! A standing ovation to everyone who worked so hard to make this law real! Congratulations to Ohio for getting this passed. Banning or discriminating against breeds is synonymous with racism.
